Chakras: Heart Chakra Energy
This week, we will take a look at each individual chakra. It is helpful to work on developing all 7 chakras, yet more effective to focus specifically on 1 at a time. In my experience, it was helpful to journal my progress; such as diet changes, relationship developments, goal setting and attaining, etc. Journaling allowed me the ability to measure growth and progress. I also referenced the chakra colors to determine which fruits or veggies to include in my juice during that time.
